GTZ & InWEnt - Teaming up for social standards

In order to be able to contribute still more efficiently and effectively to the promotion of Corporate Social Responsibility, InWEnt and the GTZ have teamed up for the expansion of training modules in the area of social standards for small and middle-sized businesses. Accordingly, a memorandum of understanding was introduced in the framework of a conference with Lydia Jebauer-Nirschl, Project Director in the department 4.04 – Business Development and Infrastructure, and Juliana Hinterberger, Program Manager of the GTZ.
GTZ's Profitable Social Management training course is intended to raise awareness among small and medium-sized enterprises in developing countries for the benefits of internationally recognised social standards, and to sensitise them to the link between economic success, internal organisation and social standards.
