3.1 Introduction into Groupwork

The group work task was introduced by Thomas. Participants were asked to form country groups and work on the following questions:

 
 

Visualization was used in various forms throughout the seminar. We apply it mostly in preparing structured boards, facilitating group processes and making sure that no idea gets lost and everybody in the group can participate.

The use of a pin board and card system requires a clearly legible writing. Some hints for visualisation were given before the participants started to prepare their individual boards.
