2.2 Basic Regulations regarding the Area-based Local Development Approach in the EAFRD under the LEADER Axis

Along some paragraphs of the EAFRD on Axis 4, Uwe explained some of the basic information regarding the LEADER approach. The regulation on the implementation of LEADER gives the mandate for the participative and area- based concept.
