1.3 Presentation of Participants and Staff

To enhance information about the individual colleagues, participants as well as team members were asked to form groups of three and interview each other. Afterwards each participant introduced his or her interview partner to the plenary using the following structure: Name and country, professional background, organisation, position, hobbies and things they have in common. The information was written and/or drawn on flipcharts.
